This website is operated by ModernOps, LLC ("ModernOps," "we," "us" or "our"), a value-added reseller and managed services provider located at 1 Fayette St, Suite 220, Conshohocken, PA 19428, United States. This policy applies to information collected through this website. It does not govern services delivered under a signed client agreement, which are covered by that agreement.
02Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you provide through forms. Our contact and intake forms ask for details such as your name, email address, company, phone number and the message or request you submit. You choose what to share.
- Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects usage data such as the pages you visit, referring links, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, which may include your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps. These logs support security and troubleshooting.
03How we use your information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and requests, to provide and administer the services you ask about, to operate and secure the website, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We process this information because it is necessary to respond to your request, to operate our business, or with your consent where required by law.
04Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of service providers that process information on our behalf:
- Web3Forms. Form submissions are transmitted to Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), which delivers the message to us. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
- Google Analytics. Website usage is measured by Google Analytics. See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
These providers are permitted to use the information only to perform their services for us.
05Cookies and your choices
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them for analytics, as described above. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can block analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using the site.
06Data retention
We keep form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain a record of our communications, then delete or archive them in the normal course of business. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings, and server logs are rotated on our hosting provider's standard schedule.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information collected through this site, including transport encryption for data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and similar jurisdictions have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. 09Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
